Another Surprise and Great Day Yesterday!

We had an unexpected surprise yesterday.. That is why there was no post here.... One of our Customers from Georgia arrived to pick up their Business Silicone Mold Package and see if they could get a few hours of training on the use. They also ended up buying many other candle molds while here. Great Fun!

So, While the Truck was being loaded, we got down to the Short version of training..... Another enjoyable time! I really enjoy these times and all the "Candle Making" talk. I wish we had known they would be arriving because there is so much more I would have liked to show them.... but, the Great part is finding out how advanced their knowledge already was. Not to mention the ongoing after sale assistance we offer.. I wish them the Best as they too grow and expand!

Wow what a weekend this has been.....Warm, Sunny weather, as you would expect from Spring. The a huge Storm Sat. Night, took out much of the power in many parts of the city.... and of course ending with our internet going down for the whole day Sun.....

It is so warming to see the large amount of support emails we received after my post here yesterday! To know and realize the power we ALL have when we join together......If everyone that reads this blog would even slowly start to eliminate products/services from our business' and lives that are dumped on us by China. Yes, that includes maybe one less shop at "Big Box" stores such as Wal-Mart or K-mapart aka China Cheap Crap. We can make a real difference.

It has been fun seeing what the Groupon Special has done only on its first day.... Steve decided to give it a try for www.waxenchantments.com We have also started a selective Marketing ad campaign for www.candlemoldvault.com Ad have already started appearing in many places and we are encouraged with the response........The Plan is to go full speed ahead with these in many other venues. They already are increasing traffic greatly, as well as sales.

I am told Steve has all but completed the listing of all the New Silicone Molds from the first batch now... So, Shortly he should be back to adding more 2 Piece Plastic Candle Molds. Happy Easter to all of you that Celebrate it!

Today I would like to discuss a couple things... If you follow our blog, you will already know I ALWAYS recommend avoiding ANY Candle/Soap Mold made in China. I continue to say the same things, because I believe it bears repeating...... The Molds are made from "questionable" materials, with no thought about the poisons or other garbage put into them.

Another reason I feel so strongly is totally Political ........ FREE TIBET!!!! They have no concern for others, only themselves........ remember Tiananmen square? Now it isn’t too far a leap to consider if they will murder their own like they did in Tiananmen square, they wouldn't think twice about poisoning us!

My Final reason is what they have done, and continue to do to mom & pop business' all over the USA.

Now that is not to say all US Candle Makers, and more so Mold makers are good. In fact, few are.... cheap products, that fall apart are as bad as the junk imported from China.

Our long standing Policy has been and will continue to be that when you pay for shipping, you pay ONLY the exact cost of shipping..... should the shipping calculator overcharge you, that will be refunded to you. We will NOT make money off shipping. We feel those costs are already High enough.

Sorry to be posting so late today, but it appears that I made yet another mistake mentioning we would have 2 of the #2 Business Packages...... Now there is only 1. We just had another grabbed up.... I look forward to meeting each of you when you come to pick up your molds and spend some time in training on their use......I had a feeling these wouldn't last long at this Great price.

The 1 Business package we have is more than likely gone today as well, if not by the end of the week......So I keep saying this, but if you have interest in either of these. you need to act quickly, they are flying out the door.
